Participation in projects:
– Legal support of one of the first in Volgograd region bankruptcy of a large chemical enterprise. A team of lawyers managed to organize a juristic scheme, which allowed the local economic mainstay to continue working even at the stage of bankruptcy proceeding.
– Participation in the development and execution of the project of a particular partnership on the base of a regional large chemical enterprise and energy company. Competently prepared project justification in the context of tax legislation made it possible to solve a problem of supplying a monoconsumer of one of CHP-plant of Volgograd with electric power.
– Consulting the management team of a large air construction plant while holding the shareholders’ meetings (annual and unscheduled) at the time of numerous corporate disputes between the shareholders with different blocks of stocks.
– Representing the interests of a power supply company in the Court of referees under RAO UES of Russia in the dispute with a network organization over the collection of the value of electric energy losses in electric power lines.

Princeps Consulting Group is a project launched in 2010 in Southern Federal District within the framework of which the teams of two legal companies of Volgograd joined their efforts, experience and sources.
